Sometimes, the best way we can serve our customers is by ensuring that our team is the best team they can be. As always, safety is at the forefront of our minds, and it is something that clients value about our company and it is something that is highly valued in our industry. Our drivers are a crucial part of our relationship with our customers. The more they are trained, the better equipped they are to serve our clients on the job site. That is why we are excited to announce that the Driver Simulator is touring again! Because of the success of its first tour, we have decided to introduce a second module.

How This Tour Will Work:

Our drivers who joined us after the first tour will be taking module one and module two, but drivers who took module one the last time around will only be taking module two.

Module One Experience:

Module one provides the driver with a driving experience that they won’t soon forget! After the simulation, a series of impactful videos debrief the driver on everything they just experienced and showed them driver’s cam footage of close calls and near-miss accidents to better prepare them for when they are out on the road and their return home plan.

Module Two Experience:

Module two is a unique experience that gives the driver more control than ever before! They will face real-life experiences that will take their defensive driving skills to the job site, and provide them with vital safety experience. This is then followed up with a conversation about the module one commitment that they made in module one. And an overview of the return home promise.

Because safety is always one of our greatest concerns, there will be a few modifications this time around to help keep our drivers safe while learning about safety. We have established several new COVID-19 protocols for all of our team to follow while using the simulator.

Already this year, we have had roughly 100 people go through our driver simulation, half of whom were able to experience our new module. We are constantly trying to keep our training methods fresh, impactful, and memorable for our driving force. Hopefully, this is only the beginning of our Driver Simulator. Safety is our primary focal point for all of our company’s aspects; that is why we are continuing to update our training methods to have the most impactful driver training experience.
