We love when we get to hear about employees who go above and beyond in representing Argos. That’s why when we got an email from our mobile maintenance manager in Georgia, Keith Lankford, we knew we had to congratulate and recognize one of our ready mix drivers, Gina Lindenmayer, for her outstanding service!

Gina’s outstanding service was brought to our attention by Keith, who explained that Gina always outdoes herself when it comes to the maintenance and upkeep of her truck and equipment. He explained that even though she easily could have waited to bring her truck in for maintenance, she chose the harder and more inconvenient path to make sure maintenance was done on schedule.

Not only does she use the utmost care when performing her routine maintenance, but she also makes sure that her teammates are treated with care as well. Several of her teammates claim that she is always kind and courteous to everyone she works with. One even explained that Gina always brings cookies to the maintenance crews at the shops she visits for maintenance on her truck.
