Our Argos Houston team has been staying busy with a new industrial development project consisting of three separate buildings and totaling more than 568,000 Sq. Located in Stafford, Weatherford Farms provides high visibility and extensive frontage on both FM 1092 and Mula Rd, and is centrally located between Highway 59 and Highway 90, providing users with access to major population areas and business centers.
For their part, our team worked with Texas A&M Concrete Contractors and Slate construction to pour 32,778 CY of concrete over the course of several months. With over 40 loading docks around the perimeter of the building, this brand new building is sure to be a major economic center.
