Our Florida team was busy last month with two community Touch-A-Truck events!

The City of Palm Coast held their second Annual Touch-A-Truck Event on Saturday, May 21st. Superintendent Andy Wellborn (not pictured) and Ready-Mix Driver Trainer Cassius Thomas (pictured below in a white shirt) participated in the very successful event, representing our Daytona and Bunnell Ready-Mix Plants. The event was packed with families who were able to learn about and explore one of our Ready-Mix trucks. What a great event and what a great chance to celebrate with our local communities!

A local elementary school recently held its career day and our Argos team was fortunate enough to be able to attend. Territory Manager Matt Carcaba and Driver Instructor Doug Parker were able to participate, bringing along one of our Ready-Mix trucks as a special show and tell. The students learned all about the different sections of the truck and what our fantastic drivers do every day. We were thrilled to be able to participate and hope we get asked back next year!
