The City of Raliegh, North Carolina, is gaining a new destination that is sure to excite locals and visitors alike! Our team has been working with Clancy & Theys and Donely’s Concrete Construction on the new section of the Seaboard Station Development. This project is in downtown Raliegh, between the historic Seaboard Railroad Station and William Peace University.

The building will be six stories tall and feature commercial spaces for restaurants and shops on the lower two floors and luxury apartments on the upper floors. There will be 298 luxury residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom Townhome Units. 

With the project still in its early phases, we are providing concrete for a below-grade garage that will add around 500 more spaces of much-needed parking to the area. In total, we are currently supplying 18,00 CY of material for the project.
