We want to welcome David Phillips to Argos USA as our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. David comes to us from one of the largest full-service law firms in the world, where he served as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

With over 25 years of experience, both in private law firm practice and in corporate roles, David has advised corporate clients on their most important strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings, as well as board and corporate governance, securities law and other compliance matters.

David is thrilled to be a part of the senior executive team as Argos USA enters its next phase and looks forward to deepening his knowledge of the Argos business and operations. Outside work, he enjoys running and watching his son’s high school football games and track/cross-country meets.
