Johnny Wade and Martavious Reid

At our Athens Ready-Mix facility, Cintas, one of our vendors, came to deliver and pick up our personnel’s uniforms. After leaving the plant, the Cintas driver was in an accident where his truck was hit by a passing train. Our Central Maintenance Personnel Johnny went over to render aid, if possible, to the driver of the Cintas truck. Upon arriving at the truck, Johnny could smell gasoline fumes and jumped into action, retrieving the driver from the Cintas truck and getting him to safety. Along with Yard Personnel Martavious Reid, they ensured the driver was safe and called the paramedics.
