“This week marks eight weeks in my role as President of Ready-Mix Concrete, and I continue to be energized by our people, our customers and the opportunities ahead. I have visited many locations already, learning about our business and our team. Thank you to those of you who have shared feedback and ideas; I will continue to make these site visits a priority.
Today, I am sharing an update on our organization and how we will work together. In order to continue to drive performance, we are centralizing our commercial and operations teams. This will enable us to focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience while keeping our operations safe and efficient.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Scott Hossenlopp will have regional responsibilities in Florida and the Carolinas. Scott will continue his general management responsibilities in Florida for the time being. Reporting to Scott are:
- Andy Stankwytch, General Manager, Carolinas
- Jennifer Christopher, Manager, Sales Administration
- Alex Forrester, Manager, VASP & Specialty Products
- Laura Restrepo, Director, Commercial Excellence
As Chief Operations Officer, Chris Scocos will also have regional responsibilities in Georgia and Texas. Reporting to Chris are:
- David Black, General Manager, Georgia
- Robert Van Til, General Manager, Texas
- Michael Davy, Director, Quality
- Steve Phillips, Senior Manager, Maintenance
- Open Director of Continuous Improvement position to be filled
Our corporate functions are a critical part of our success. The following individuals will support and focus on the business:
- Jesse Belmon, Safety
- Craig Radke, Business Optimization
- Juan Zuluaga, Finance
- Open Ready-Mix Marketing position to be filled
In addition, Mike Beer, People and Culture, will support the Ready-Mix and Cement field HR needs.
