The evolution of Argos Latam opens new opportunities to connect our capabilities and strengthen the way we work across territories. In this new context, Puerto Rico and the Antilles islands (Sint Maarten, Saint Thomas, Antigua and Dominica) are moving toward a more integrated way of working, allowing us to share experiences, learnings and best practices.

As a first step, the leaders from each location came together to get to know one another, identify what we have in common and recognize the strengths each operation can bring to the team. The conversation also allowed us to begin defining a new working framework and the tools that will enable closer collaboration.

Beyond connecting operations, our goal is to create synergies that allow us to leverage local knowledge, combine capabilities and identify new opportunities to improve the way we work.

This is just the beginning of a new chapter in which the experience of each island contributes to a greater purpose: becoming an increasingly connected and collaborative company, capable of multiplying what we can achieve together.
