Nowadays, Argos has more than 1,000 dream building women and reality transformers, who, in addition to inspiring others, play a key role in our mission of shaping a better future.

We continue to be a reference in fostering diversity and gender equality. All in all, we have 29% of women in leadership roles and 150 women in positions that have traditionally been taken by men, such as mixer truck drivers, maintenance officers, laboratory technicians, scale operators, among others.

This confirms our vision that differences unite and enrich us, and that the diversity of races, cultures and gender characterize the organization and drives it to go beyond to achieve the proposed goals.

“At Argos, we want to continue being an example of life transformation through the construction of a more equitable and inclusive world. That is why, we live diversity every day, foster equal opportunities at work. And we work with the determination that regardless of our gender, sexual preference, race or culture we can team up to achieve the proposed goals. Our differences unite us”

Maria Isabel Echeverri, Legal and Sustainability Vice President of Argos.
