In 2019, our team joined forces with the Conland Company to undertake the construction of an immense Five Below Distribution Center in Monroe County. Spanning an impressive 715,000 square feet, this project was a testament to our capabilities and dedication. 

One of the most notable features of the Five Below Distribution Center was the implementation of the innovative DuctilcreteTM system for the warehouse flooring. This groundbreaking technology not only significantly increased the load-bearing capacity of the floors but also effectively reduced the occurrence of curling, a common issue in traditional concrete flooring. The DuctilcreteTM system alleviated the associated maintenance requirements by mitigating curling, ensuring a more durable and cost-effective flooring solution.

Completing the Five Below Distribution Center in 2019 showcased our team’s ability to deliver exceptional results on a grand scale.
