Our operations in Florida were recently featured in a documentary about second chance employment and giving those criminal records the chance to start over with a new career.
The documentary features several of our outstanding team members in Florida. Two of our amazing ready-mix plant personnel volunteered to share their stories about the importance of second chance employment and how Argos USA has played an important role in their lives.
Two of our wonderful HR team members, Monique Wallace, our People and Culture Manager for Florida, and Annabelle Fernandez, our Talent Acquisition Manager for Florida, appeared as featured experts in the documentary. They shared their experience hiring second chance employees and commitment to continue growing and developing the practice at Argos USA.
You can find the full documentary here, with the Argos USA section beginning at the seventeen minute mark.
