This year, Argos was honored to be the top gold tier sponsor for the Thirteenth Annual Steelhorse Strangers Toy Drive in Pearson County, North Carolina. Founded by one of our team members, Jarret Shotwell, the ready-mix plant manager at our Cary Plant in North Carolina, this event works to collect toys as well as monetary donations.

This year was a resounding success! With close to four hundred bikes in attendance and hundreds of supporters, the event collected dozens of sets of clothing, bicycles, model cars, stuffed animals, and many more toys to brighten the holidays. Through donations from sponsors and those attending, the Steelhorse Strangers raised $62,000 for the local chapter of Santa’s Helpers in Person County.
