What is an agile methodology?

How do we start talking about work cells at Argos?
We stand firm in our purpose of continuing to create value for our clients, be sustainable in the long term and adapt to the needs of the markets, therefore, we began to talk of work cells.

The next step was to train interdisciplinary teams that work towards a goal through agile methodologies, which allow us to achieve early on victories in short periods of time to deliver quicker and more efficient results to our clients.

We call them cells because the cell is the minimum structural block of any organism. Cells have the ability to interact with other cells or work teams, thus contributing to the development of the company and the generation of income.

Which are the key elements for cell work?
For cell work to be efficient, planning is key, this procedure requires a stricter discipline than a normal project and delivers small short-term milestones as a result of the schematic organization it provides, which translate into constant medium-term results that offer the customer and the company valuable solutions.

And last, it is essential to consider that the work in cells has a beginning and an end. They are ephemeral and once they are finished, they deliver the results obtained to the teams in charge of continuing the process.
