We are excited to welcome Oscar Echavarria as the new Plant Manager of the Atlanta Cement Plant. With over sixteen years of experience in the field, he brings innovative leadership skills into his new management role. Oscar has shown his commitment to our company as a Process Engineer at our Roberta Cement facility and later as Quarry and Quality Manager at the Newberry Cement Plant in Florida. Motivated by the challenges and opportunities that the Atlanta plant had to offer, he decided to participate in the application process and was awarded the position. In his free time, Oscar enjoys the nice weather while playing a game of Tennis and relaxing at home reading a good book.

Oscar will be continuing to build upon all the great work former Plant Manager Kyle Harrison has accomplished over the last few years. Kyle will continue to play an instrumental role in the success of Argos in his position as Terminal Operations Director.
