To date we have delivered more than 10.500 m3 of concrete, the amount necessary to fill three Olympic swimming pools, with the purpose of making Vive Río a reality, the first housing and commercial project built in one of the most representative areas of the Caribbean region: front to the Great Malecón del Río and next to the Puerta de Oro Event Center.

We highlight that from the beginning of Vive Río to date:

• We have used nearly 3.500 m3 of concrete for high-resistance foundations.
• We have delivered more than 1.600 m3 of concrete for high resistance columns.
• We have made shipments for massive castings of 500 m3 in one day.

The work, which is currently 30% complete, will extend from 72nd Street to Las Compañías pipe, will have 760 apartment units between 36 and 133 m2, and will have more than 30.000 m2 of experiences for its visitors, including a business center with commercial premises on the first floor, a gastronomic terrace on the second and office spaces on the third.

Vive Río will open its doors in 2026, date by which we will have delivered more than 40.000 m3 of the highest quality from our concrete plants in Barranquilla and Soledad, in order to continue mobilizing the development and transformation of the city where it was born. to the company for more than 90 years.
