Hand in hand with the Organizational Agility team, we carry out the community of practice in agility, a fortnightly space in which about 30 people from different teams from the Colombia Region, the Caribbean and Central America Region and the corporate one, meet to share knowledge , practices and tools that have worked for them and their teams around agility. It has also been an opportunity to share insights, difficult case management and recommendations with special guests from other companies.
