Recognition is a way of making others feel valuable and visible. Therefore we recognize others on a daily basis to increase motivation, a sense of personal competence and goals achievement. We acknowledge recognition as a behaviour enabler and performance enhancer to achieve goals.
For this reason, at Argos we promote a relational recognition model based on interactions, promoting the human relationship more than economic rewards. We have the belief that we need to first value ourselves in order to value and recognize others. This is what we call being a role model and inspiring others.
