We are honored to have been recognized as a “Distinguished Company Promoting Wellbeing” by Factor Wellbeing 2025, an award granted by the Institute for Purpose and Integral Wellbeing (IPBI) — an initiative of Tecmilenio University, which is part of Grupo Tec, the same educational group that includes the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
The ceremony took place in Mexico City on October 9, where organizations from various Mexican industries also participated.
We are proud to know that Argos Honduras is the first organization in Central America and the first in the cement sector to receive this recognition.
This distinction celebrates a mature culture of health and wellbeing practices, highlighting organizations that foster a holistic vision of wellbeing—embracing the emotional, social, physical, occupational, and financial dimensions. Beyond policies and programs, it acknowledges the real impact of daily actions that enhance people’s work-life experience.
Receiving this award is an honor we accept with deep pride and a strong sense of responsibility.
At Argos, our Green Light Culture inspires us to act as owners—leading with conviction, coherence, and purpose. From this spirit emerged the campaign “Seek the Best Version You Can Give Yourself,” which is not just a slogan, but a way of understanding wellbeing as something integral, human, and sustainable.
This achievement has been made possible thanks to our leaders, who are convinced that caring for people is not only good business practice—it is a moral and ethical responsibility. Guided by that belief, we have built a solid strategy grounded in five pillars:
- Leadership focused on healthy habits, integrating into our 360° evaluations how leaders promote health and wellbeing within their teams.
- Constant measurement, because what isn’t measured can’t be improved: we start from baselines and create specific support actions.
- Communication aligned with strategy, ensuring that wellbeing remains a clear, consistent, and visible message for everyone.
- Comprehensive health education, addressing all dimensions of wellbeing: emotional, social, physical, occupational, intellectual, and financial.
- Health and protection programs, which unite occupational health, nutrition, medical services, and insurance under one shared vision of holistic care.
Above all, this recognition is a tribute to those who lead by example—to those who live the culture of self-care and extend it to their families and communities. Because health and wellbeing are the foundations for building healing, human, and sustainable organizations.
We want to extend special recognition to our leaders, who have been key to making this achievement possible. Your consistency, example, and commitment to people have turned wellbeing initiatives from design into action—creating more human, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces.
When we put wellbeing at the center, we don’t just improve results… we transform lives.
