Every year at Argos, managers and employees conduct the Performance Management Process as part of the Talent Development Program at Argos. This exercise seeks to set objectives, assess progress, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure employees meet their objectives and career goals. It’s critical for the organization’s success to outline tasks and deliverables, expected results, and a clear path to measure performance. We encourage you to take the time and reflect on your assessment to incorporate the feedback received during the conversations with your supervisor. 

We are in the process of defining the high-level objectives for 2023 that will inform the quarterly goals for the entire organization. We will communicate these priorities as soon as we finish the process in order to plan and execute our efforts in a concerted and effective manner. We aim to improve vital outcomes within Argos, which we will achieve with your active participation and commitment.
