You can submit a report in just 4 steps:
- Access the Emma Service Desk:
https://emma.service-now.com/sp - Click on «Technology», then select «Security Incident.»
- Select the security incident that applies and complete the requested information. In these sections, you can describe the incident or attach evidence of what happened.
Security incident types:
- Potential malicious email
- Potential information leak on social media or non-corporate websites
- Potential digital financial fraud
- Potential virus infection
- Potential malicious website
- User identity impersonation
- Click the «Submit» button, and you’re done!
