We have recently developed a new tool to request and process spare part shipments, modifications and flagging for deletion in SAP. This is a new tool for the Material master which allows  cement users to expedite the request process even allowing massive requests. The same is true for the Material Master, who now can interact with users through this tool. This new tool streamlines the process for both parties that follow the process.
