EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM – SALARY & HOURLY (NON-DRIVER POSITIONS)

Purpose: 
This program is designed to reward current employees for referring individuals to become new employees of Argos USA. 

The criteria is as follows: 

• Program only applies for new hires hired into salaried & hourly non-driver positions.
• All Argos USA employees are eligible provided they are not involved in the hiring decision and/or in the “line of command” of the new employee.
• While completing their online application, the Applicant must have answered the question:

“Argos employee who referred you?” by writing the referring employee’s name in the field in order for the referring employee to be eligible for the bonus. Only one employee will be eligible for the referral bonus. If the applicant lists more than one Argos employee, the employee listed first will be eligible for the referral bonus.

• This policy does not guarantee an applicant referred by an employee will be hired. The candidate best meeting the qualifications of the position will be chosen.
• Both employees must be actively employed with Argos USA at the time of the referral bonus payout(s).
• If the referring employee is on Leave of Absence at the time of a referral bonus payout, the bonus will be paid upon the employee’s return to active status.
• All other employment policies still apply.
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time. Program is non-negotiable.

Payout 

The referring employee will be paid $750 once the referred employee has successfully completed their first 90-days. Once the new employee’s 1-year anniversary has occurred, the referring employee will receive a second payment of $750. The referral bonus amount will be subject to taxes.
