In Atlanta, just off the downtown connector, the city of Buckhead has become a center for new development and construction. These projects are signs of a growing and thriving community, and we are so excited to be a part of it! Two of the projects we are working on in the area are on the corner of 14th Street NW and Spring Street.

The Novel Midtown Atlanta is a brand new 14-story multifamily residence with approximately 340 units. This building takes full advantage of its location with a 14th-floor Skydeck with indoor and several outdoor and social spaces to enjoy the views of the Atlanta skyline. For our part, we are excited to work with Brightview Landscape DEV Inc. To put the final finishing touches on the hardscapes surrounding the building.

Just next door, we are happy to work with Balfour Beatty Construction on the new 14th+Spring office building. This project is designed to be a 312,000 square foot, 12-story Class “A+” office building, with 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail that is sure to attract more businesses to the community.
