Here at Argos, there is a commitment to not find comfort in familiarity but comfort in GROWTH. Earlier this month, a group of individuals stepped out of their comfort zone and into the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training that was conducted at the Alpharetta office. With this training, they gained the confidence, tools, and problem-solving techniques that sets them up to become key contributors to the Continuous Improvement culture that will help Argos GROW. The Continuous Improvement Office would like to congratulate the newest members of the Argos Green Belt Community. Please join us as we recognize the following individuals.
“Great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people.” – Steve Jobs

Read Testimony From this Round of Participants
«I liked having people from different teams during the training as you get to see other team’s point of view on topics and learn from their perspective of their work. I think for instance it was interesting to have people from the operation together with people from finance.» Sofia Fernandez – FP&A
«I fully enjoyed the training, I felt it was at a good pace and the material that was given was current.» C Adam Leeds – Newberry Plant
«I enjoyed it from an operational outlook, I look at KPI’s and other things that are sent out to us but never really understood the meaning behind it all, it was very informational for me, seeing how this is not something I do on a daily basis. I believe I can take what ive learned this week and use it to make myself a better manager, and look at other peoples point of views when trying to come up with solutions for our problems. Thanks, for allowing me to be here.» Cole Knight – RMX Atlanta
