At Argos, part of our mission is to help build and develop our communities. That’s why projects like the new Soesbee Creek housing development in Dawsonville, GA are some of our favorites. We get to be there at the start, providing a base for new homes and generations of homeowners and families.

We are happy to continue our partnership with DR Horton on this project. We provided nearly 19,000 Cubic Yards of concrete for the foundations and driveways for the new homes.

This neighborhood will include 253 homes and offer residents a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and a playground on site. Families have already begun moving into their new homes. We are excited to see this project grow into a thriving community!
