The North Carolina capital city of Raleigh is the second-largest city in the state and is home to fantastic buildings and unique architecture. Over the past few years, the city has welcomed thousands of new residents and several new developments, and we are happy to help Raleigh continue to grow! This new project will house over 440 apartment units and 26,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Our Raleigh team has been hard at work helping construct a mixed-use development off of West Cabarrus Street in the heart of downtown.This building is part of a larger development plan to help revitalize this area of the city with new shopping options, restaurants and local outdoor venues.
