Our Orlando team is making housing dreams in St. Cloud, Florida a reality! Our customer for this project, ODC Construction, is one of the largest base build contractors in the southeast. The core concept of base build, also known as shell and core construction, is that the construction is simply the basic structure of a building. Afterward, a range of build-out and interior construction work is completed before the building is occupied.

This technique has allowed them to work with several major residential construction companies including Pultie, DR Horton and the developer for this project, Lennar homes. 

So far we have already delivered 4,000 CY of concrete to the site, allowing construction on the project to continue to progress. We are thrilled to be a part of this amazing project that will help the St. Cloud community to continue to grow!
