We are continuing our partnership with Lithko Contracting on the Glenaire Retirement community in Cary, North Carolina. This amazing facility will offer 192 independent living apartments and 37 assisted living units. The new expansion buildings will house a variety of amenities, including a wellness center that features a sports court, two fitness rooms, an elevated track and a therapy room. 

Construction on the outer facade continues on the eastern-facing apartments, while interior buildout proceeds on the western-facing apartments. The expansion topping-out ceremony took place on February 3, 2022, and the first move-ins are scheduled for the summer of 2023.

For our part, we are providing roughly 25,000 yards of 3000 psi concrete with a special blend of mac 360 fiber to ensure this project is built to last and will serve those in this community for many more generations.
