We are glad to be working with Donely’s Concrete Construction on the new Hayes Barton Place retirement home in Raliegh, NC. This project is expected to include 214 apartments, 88 private healthcare accommodations, and nearly 50,000 square feet of common spaces. 

Amenities include casual and fine dining venues as well as a pub, a library, beautiful outdoor spaces with paved walking paths, a billiards room, a card room, an art studio, a media room, a salon and spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with an indoor, saltwater pool and hot tub. 

Hayes Barton Place is Raleigh’s first Life Plan Community inside the beltline. This new community will be nestled adjacent to the history and prestige of the Hayes Barton neighborhood, just steps from the Carolina Country Club with easy access to Five Points and downtown.

For our part we are supplying 30,000 CY of concrete to help provide a solid foundation that is built to last, ensuring that this outstanding community will be there to serve generations to come.
