We are excited to be a part of another AdventHealth expansion project in Riverview, Florida. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2023, this 209,000-square-foot project will be four stories tall and will house 80 hospital beds, with room to grow to 200 beds. Currently, we have provided close to 1,600 Cubic Yards of concrete for this outstanding project!

This project features tilt wall construction, where slabs of concrete panels are cast horizontally and then tilted into place with a crane. Each panel is settled into the foundation and secured together, allowing for the efficient construction of shell structures and façades. Not only does this method offer schedule and cost advantages, but it also provides robust structural support comparable to the strengths achieved by traditional construction techniques.
