The Virage Bayshore Condominium Complex is a 24-story luxury high-rise tower with a prime South Tampa location on iconic Bayshore Boulevard. Argos saw this project as a perfect chance to utilize our Portland-limestone cement (PLC) Type IL. This use of PLC Type IL cement offered a better environmentally friendly alternative while still ensuring the same performance as Type I-II.

This 18,701 CY project included 8,000 psi post-tension slabs composed entirely of PLC Type IL cement mix and 10,000 psi shear walls and columns constructed using a 50/50 blend of PLC Type IL and slag cement.
