• Negotiations of Substantial and Large Amounts (>400,000 USD) with Argos competitors shall always be approved by the Steering Committee.

• Negotiations of Minor and Minimum Amounts (<=400,000 USD) with Argos competitors shall be approved by the Vice President and General Counsel.
