Our team has been hard at work helping construct Platform, a new commercial and residential project right in the heart of Raleigh. This new project will house over 440 apartment units and 26,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The 7-story building will feature an active ground level with commercial and retail spaces and six levels of apartments above. 

Pedestrian entrances on both W. Cabarrus St. and Dupont Circle will lead to a central plaza and courtyard, providing an innovative outdoor workplace experience for residents of Platform and the surrounding community. This development will include several amenities, including indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, fire pits, pools and a seven-story integrated parking garage.
