For around 25 years, we have been providing Turn-Key projects with outstanding customer service and solutions. One of our most recent projects took place in Osprey, Florida, where we worked with Atlas Building Company to construct a brand new CubeSmart Storage facility.

We are assisting Atlas in providing complete site development and new construction of a 35′, 3-story, 94,163sf self-storage facility with almost 800 storage units.

The Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure will be conditioned entirely and fully fire sprinkled.  The facility will include a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators and a complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work consists of two ponds with retaining walls, a safety fence on top of walls, full landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new site signage.
