With the aim of promoting the culture of continuous improvement, we started the first stage of virtual training in Yellow Belt for co-workers of Argos Puerto Rico and transversal Caribbean with location in Colombia, with a participation of 38 people at technical level and senior and 12 people, respectively.
In Puerto Rico: we had an attendance of 71% of the co-workers cited, of which 81% passed the Yellow Belt certification and 67% showed interest in advancing to the next level, Green Belt.
Transversal co-workers: we had an attendance of 67% of the people cited, of which 100% passed the Yellow Belt certification and 50% showed interest in advancing to the next level, Green Belt.
