The Wellness Committee at our Roberta Cement facility helps support the health and safety of all their team members. Over the last few months, the team at the plant has participated in two events designed to help monitor and improve their overall health. In September, the committee launched weight loss and transformation challenges where team members competed to lose weight and improve their well-being.
As the team celebrates the success of these challenges, they look forward to the Wellness Committee building on this momentum. By fostering a culture of well-being, they aim to sustain the positive strides made and promote a healthier and more vibrant workplace for everyone at the Roberta Cement facility.
