Today, we will talk about some of the things you must consider when posting and what you should or shouldn’t do after having created content on your social media.

How can you create and edit posts?
All social media sites prominently feature the part where you can post. In the case of Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, posting is as easy as finding the + button.

As for Facebook, there is a box on the upper part that says, “What’s on your mind?” From there, you can manage your posts.

Pictures and Copyright
When posting, we recommend using pictures of your own that pose no risk of infringing copyrights.

Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook allow you to retouch pictures by cropping them and adding filters, among others.

Text and emojis
Visual posts normally go with captions. Be mindful of spelling and clarity when using social media.
You can also use emojis to make your message more entertaining or to emphasize the idea you want to convey. Remember to use hashtags to participate in conversations or contribute content on a specific topic. What can I do after posting?
After posting, you can perform the following actions depending on the social media site of your choice:

 • On Facebook, you can edit your posts either by modifying the text, adding more photos or videos, tagging friends, or adding a location. You can also change the privacy settings of your post so that you can decide who can access your content.

 • On Instagram, you can edit the caption, post in other apps, archiving or deleting and/or disabling comments.

 • On Twitter, post editing options will only allow you to either pin your tweets so they show up on your profile first, or deleting them.

 • On LinkedIn, you can edit text or pin specific posts so that they’re the first thing everyone sees, or simply delete posts.
