The portal for submissions for CI Champions Season 2 is open! Work with your teams to develop ideas that can impact your work, department, plant, business unit, or even Argos as a whole.
CI Champions is a program developed by the Continuous Improvement office that provides a platform for improvement efforts by different departments and operations to be recognized by competing in a friendly competition held twice a year. The objective is to drive the Continuous Improvement Culture throughout all of Argos while shedding some light on employees’ hard work and efforts to improve Argos to build a better tomorrow.
Below are some types of opportunities that would be good submissions:
- Minimize waste (Defects, Overproduction, Waiting/Time, Transportation, Motion, and Excess processing)
- Reduce inventory
- Increase productivity
- Improve quality
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Reduce costs
- Increase profits
- More efficient reporting
