Our talent recruitment team recently concluded its 2023 fall campus recruiting campaign, spanning over a dozen college campuses, including notable institutions like Eastern Carolina University, the University of South Florida, and Kennesaw State University in Georgia. They focused on attracting students for our Ready-Mix internships and Cement Co-Ops, garnering interest from over 100 individuals.

The Ready-Mix internship program offers a comprehensive experience, exposing students to the intricacies of our operations through collaboration with Quality Assurance, Sales, and Maintenance teams. This unique opportunity provides invaluable insights into our organization, showcasing what it takes to consistently deliver outstanding service to our customers. Meanwhile, those who opt for our Cement Co-Op program will have the chance to shadow electrical, mechanical, and chemical engineers, acquiring crucial skills and knowledge in our technical field.
