The management of our Shipping Department has enabled us to add a new vessel to our fleet to optimize the cement export route from Zona Franca Argos to the Antilles.
This agreement guarantees the continuity of our cement export business from Zona Franca Argos to the United States for five years. In addition, we have secured the supply of raw materials from global origins dedicated to this market for two consecutive years.
In total, we supplied 9,115 metric tons of cement in 1.5-ton big bags from our Puerto Rican operation, sourced exclusively from our plant in Cartagena, Colombia.
