Our team in Houston, TX, is working with AGE Construction to undertake a huge new project. Northwest Houston has become a major logistics center and has seen a considerable increase in demand for warehouse and distribution space.

To help fill this demand, Cabot Properties, and Stream Realty Partners began working on plans for the new Axis Northwest Distribution Center. When complete, the front-load distribution building will total 201,240 square feet. In addition to its unique infill location, Axis also offers modern amenities, such as 36’ clear height, abundant trailer/outside storage, and ample car parking. We are excited to participate in this fantastic project and can’t wait to see the final product.
