This agreement guarantees the continuity of our cement export business from  Zona Franca Argos to the United States for five years. In addition, we have secured the supply of raw materials from global origins dedicated to this market for two consecutive years.

The scope of this agreement is summarized as follows:

• Cement and raw materials supply to the combined Argos USA – Summit Materials platform. By 2024, we have committed to supply over 1,250,000 metric tons of cement and raw materials, such as granulated slag. The cement, mainly exported from Zona Franca Argos and the GBFS sourced from Japan.
• Continued high-quality and consistent cement and raw materials delivery, which are crucial to our U.S. operations.

This agreement is expected to result in significant revenue generation for Cementos Argos, consolidating our financial and operating position.

This agreement also serves as a platform for strengthening our commercial relationships with Argos USA and Summit Materials, opening the door to future collaborations and growth opportunities.
