Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Montrose, Houston, our team is working with contractors to help build a brand new 16-floor luxury high-rise apartment building. Although construction is estimated until 2023, we can’t wait to see the final product! The Modera Waugh complex will comprise 174,736 sq ft of parking, two amenity levels and ten residential levels that will house close to 400 units.

Over the past several months, Argos has supplied our customer, Building Concrete Solutions with roughly 26,274 Cubic Yards of concrete. Together, we have been able to make the vision for the roughly 26,274 Cubic Yards of concrete. The overall design is breathtaking and is sure to serve as an excellent addition to this wonderful community.
