Wake Tech Community College broke ground in December 2021 for its seventh campus in Eastern Wake County North Carolina. For our part, we have provided close to 7,000 CY for a new public safety driving track. Here students will learn how to operate vital emergency response vehicles safely and effectively, providing them with invaluable firsthand experience. 

In order to ensure the structure will stand the test of time and hold up against the stresses of routine emergency response training, we included three pounds of Forta Ferro fiber per cubic yard. This project is sure to stand up to the wear and tear it is sure to face and will help set the stage for the training of many future emergency responders.

Part of a much larger expansion, this project will sit next to a brand new 4D Immersive Village for public safety training. Here first responders will be able to get invaluable hands-on experience dealing with the many different dangerous situations they may face while on duty while being monitored for safety. This complex is only one of the new cutting-edge facilities that Wake Tech College will offer at its newest campus.
