Our Atlanta team at our Armour drive plant has been staying busy with this new 26 story multi-purpose project going up in Tech Square located in Atlanta. The building will feature a student-oriented design to appeal to Georgia Tech and Georgia State students. This section of Atlanta is growing fast and we are thrilled to be a part of the progress!

This yet-to-be-named residential highrise will offer 1,800-square-feet of ground-level commercial space and a total of 550 beds, with each bed pulling in monthly rents somewhere between $1,350 and $1,700. For renters earning 80 percent of the City’s average median income (AMI), the project has set aside 83 beds to be affordable.
