We are working with TAS Concrete Construction, LLC, on another project in Houston, Texas. Interchange 249 is a new business park located near Highway 249 and Grand Parkway. This multi-phase project is a 240-acre Class A industrial business park consisting of more than three million square feet within ten industrial and warehouse buildings.

Currently, we are working on Phase I, which includes four buildings: a 908,853 square foot build-to-suit cross dock, a 746,246 square foot cross-dock, a 138,375 square foot front load, and a 98,400 square foot rear load. For our part, we are providing over 60,000 cubic yards of concrete for the foundation and structural elements of the new warehouse.
