We are excited to be working on a new residential development with DR Horton in Dawsonville, Georgia, just an hour outside of Atlanta. These projects are some of our favorites because we get to be there at the start, providing a base of new homes for generations of homeowners and families. 

This development is currently planned to include 288 new homes, a pool, a kiddie pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts, and a playground. We can’t wait to see the thriving community this development is already shaping up to be!
