The staff of Argos Dominica were given a refresher and provided with some new content on Risk Assessment in the workplace. The training was facilitated by the Executive Director of the Dominica Employers’ Federation & The OSH Institute of Dominica Mr. Achille Joseph.

The various categories of risks and means of eliminating and controlling the same were essential components of the training provided. One of the critical importance of such training is to help raise awareness about hazards and prioritize risks based on their severity and likelihood of occurrence.
