We want to invite all Argos operation facilities to take part in this new program where we aim to drive the Continuous Improvement culture and provide visibility to the improvement efforts that we all do in our work.

Do you have problems you don’t know how to solve? Do you think «There’s got to be a better way»! Now is the time to be heard. Submit your ideas or problems you may have and let’s find a solution.

2) Work together

Teamwork makes the dream work! Work with fellow Argos employees to help solve the problems. Whether you want support from the Continuous Improvement office or want to work on and solve the issue with your own team, the goal is the same. Let’s be better tomorrow than we are today!

3) Earn Points

Be on top of the leaderboard! Earn points by working together as a team, providing updates, staying on schedule and see how you stand against the other project teams. We are all Argos…..but who doesn’t like a friendly competition?

And the Champion is………! Be rewarded for your efforts. See how your project and efforts stack against the rest. Finalists have the opportunity to show their efforts to the Continuous Improvement Committee and get recognized for helping us build a better tomorrow.
